Spicy Hour began with three kitchen-made flavor ideas and a simple wish: an alcohol-free drink that feels like a martini moment.
At tastings across venues and events, Southern Belle kept emerging as the favorite. That response helped us choose our flagship and work with a formulation lab to develop a proprietary recipe of our own.
